By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent safari experience.

 

1: General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all safari bookings, including:

  • Budget camping safaris
  • Midrange lodge safaris
  • Luxury private safaris
  • Group joining safaris

Whether you book a cheap Kenya safari package, a midrange Tanzania safari, or a luxury Rwanda safari, these terms apply to all services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2: Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your safari:

  • 30% non-refundable deposit required
  • Balance due 30–60 days before travel
  • Last-minute bookings require full payment

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer (USD/KES)
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • M-Pesa (Kenya clients)

All bookings—whether for an affordable safari in Masai Mara National Reserve, a luxury experience in Serengeti National Park, or gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park—are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Important:

  • Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable
  • No refunds for missed flights or unused services

21: Governing Law

All terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Disputes handled in Nairobi after mediation.
