Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), our professional team will warmly greet you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha, a bustling city nestled at the foot of Mount Meru. Enjoy a relaxing evening, savoring the anticipation of the adventure that awaits.
Day 2: Departure to Serengeti
After a hearty breakfast, we depart from Arusha towards the legendary Serengeti National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its vast savannahs and incredible wildlife diversity. En route, soak in the scenic beauty of the Tanzanian countryside and keep an eye out for wildlife sightings. Upon arrival, settle into your comfortable camping accommodations and prepare for an exciting safari experience.
Day 3: Serengeti Exploration
Rise with the sun for an exhilarating day of exploration in the Serengeti. Embark on thrilling game drives through the park, where you may encounter herds of wildebeest, zebras, and majestic predators on the prowl. Witness the drama of the African wilderness unfold before your eyes, capturing memorable moments and immersing yourself in the raw beauty of nature.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Bid farewell to the Serengeti as we journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. En route, traverse diverse landscapes and marvel at the scenic beauty of Tanzania's highlands. Arrive at the rim of the crater and settle into your overnight camping accommodation, offering panoramic views of one of Africa's natural wonders.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater & Departure
Embark on a captivating half-day safari within the Ngorongoro Crater, a wildlife paradise brimming with an abundance of species. Marvel at the resident wildlife, from rhinos to lions, against the backdrop of the crater's lush vegetation. After the safari, we depart from Ngorongoro to Arusha, where you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.

Exclusions:
- International flights and visas.
- Travel Insurance (highly recommended).
- Optional activities or experiences not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Beverages, laundry, items of a personal nature.
- Tips and gratuities for safari guide and camp staff.
Important to Know:
- Children aged between 0-2 years are free of charge.
- Children aged 3-12 years pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing the same room with adults
- Children between 3-12 years pay 75% of the adult rate when staying in their separate room from adults
- Children 13 years and above are recognized as adults
Passenger Information:
- Passengers should bring soft-sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space.
- All the passengers must have an Identification Card/Passport for any internal flights.
- Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving in TANZANIA will be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.

Payment Methods:
We accept payment either by credit card or by direct wire transfer.
1. Payment by Credit Card Online
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. This is the fastest and easiest method of payment as it avoids the necessity of complying with numerous banking procedures. You will need to allow for 3.9% on top of the trip cost, this being bank charges for the use of the credit card. This 3.9% charge stays with the bank, not Pita Safaris.
2. Payment by Direct Wire Transfer
If paying by this method, any bank charges incurred will be at your cost. Beneficiary bank charges are approximately $45 and they will be added by us to your invoice. It usually takes a minimum of 3 to 5 working days for the funds to arrive in our account. At that point, we can issue your booking confirmation.
