  • Day 1: Drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara

    You will be picked up from your hotel or airport and depart for a journey along the floor of the dramatic Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya’s finest wildlife haven arriving in time into your lodge or camp for check-in, lunch and some rest. Later you will depart for afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

  • Day 2: Game drive in Maasai Mara

    After breakfast, depart for a full day game drives in the reserve in search of the Big Five with picnic lunch at the hippo pool, while looking out for hippos and crocodiles. It is in Masai Mara that the most spectacular migration event of the world takes place. Also known as 'The 7th Wonder of the World' because of the Great Migration, witnessed every year between July and September, when millions of wildebeests and
    zebras cross Mara River from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. Following on their heels are the predators of savanna – lion, cheetah, jackal, hyena, and vultures. There is also resident wildlife year-round. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Optional - visit Masai Village in the evening after the game drive. Dinner and overnight at
    camp/lodge.

  • Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

    After breakfast, you will check out and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time into your lodge or camp for check-in, lunch and some rest. Later you will depart for afternoon game drives. This is one of
    the top tourist destinations in Africa, famed for the Flamingos, both lesser and greater, that flock to its shores to feed on the cyanobacteria that live in its alkaline waters. It is a very important breeding ground and stopover for many species of birds and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At some times of the year, there can be between one and two million flamingos forming a big pink band around the edge of the Lake. The Park is home to one of the greatest concentrations of Black Rhino in the World and also has a thriving population of White Rhino. It is also a sanctuary for the rare Rothschild Giraffe. With luck, you may spot a leopard, which is rather elusive. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge.

  • Day 4: Drive back to Nairobi, Depart

    Enjoy Bird watching and game viewing drives along the shores of Lake Nakuru National Park. Depart after lunch to Nairobi and drop off at your accommodation or at the airport for your scheduled international
    departure flight back home.
